Buffy Real Family getting Shot

I am looking for a fanfiction that is on Twisting the Hellmouth. Buffy gets shot after she goes into Jack O'Neills home because she found out that he was her father, I believe. I remember that she had to have surgery and Giles had to give her a drug to weaken her so the Doctor could save her. I also believe that two slayers are in a cell in this fanfiction and there might be an initiative member their as well.
