I'm looking for an older story that involves Xander. I'm pretty sure Angel helps him and possibly Dawn to run from Sunnydale. They end up at a mansion with an older vampire and his "family". At some point it also involves Blade and a child who dresses up like Blade near the end of the story. I think that Cordelia and Wesley and possibly Spike are involved.
