xander is sabertooth's son

Hi I'm searching for a Btvs/x-men Xover , I think I read it on FF.Net but unfortunately I can't remember much except for the following:-

- It's a slash crossover.

- Logan was the one assigned by professor X to find a mutant , who is Xander.

- He found Xander , who I think was in a forest? ( I can't remember why though)

- He found Xander by scent, his send was delicious to Logan.

- He found Xander swimming in a river? and I think his hair was long and also Xander hunted rabbits there too.

-Xander was sabertooth's son but didn't know they were related, hank did a dna test.

so that's all that i can remember.
